Not only are anoraks fun to say but they also are super cute for when the weather gets colder. There are so many opportunities to layer with these long and lightweight jackets that the possibilities are endless. Go for neutral colors such as this great army green one from Nasty Gal or venture into a navy or camo pattern.

These platform lace up chucks are an obvious no go for us. First of all, they look incredibly bulky and don't look flattering at all. Especially the extra platform this has is not doing this shoe any favors. Beware of these shoes because they really have nothing going for them and are just not cute.
Maybe So
When it comes to mixing prints in your outfit, make sure that the prints don't clash with each other. In the first picture the prints are not meshing together at all but in the second picture the two prints actually go and make a very cute dress. Be very careful when mixing prints because you could end up with something disastrous.

Back to School
Yes
Graphic tops are a school-year wardrobe staple. These funky tops can be worn in a variety of ways; with high waisted shorts, circle skirts, maxi skirts, and even tights. Go for colors that are pastel, or a bit muted because lighter colors can be worn more often than bright, loud prints and colors.

As school approaches so do the fabulous jeans sales, but beware! While some printed jeans with muted patterns are cute, most of them are not. Jeans with loud patterns are unflattering, hard to wear, and will not match with many outfits. NOT cute.
Maybe So
High-low was high in fashion just this past spring, and we loved it! However, it must be worn right, and some high-low dresses like this one just look weird. The best high-low skirts/dresses are the ones that do not have an extreme dip in length like the one shown above. If you're going for a dramatic look, try bolder prints or fabrics instead.

High waisted shorts are definetly in, but why not stray from the usual and try something different? Cuffed high waisted shorts allow you to alternate the length, allow more coverage of your rear, and in general, look super cute!

Overalls seem to be making a comeback, and lets just say we are NOT pleased. These monstrosities look sloppy, childish, and are not form flattering at the least. It seems like there are no ways to wear this garment except in a fashion faux pas. STAY AWAY.
Maybe So
Now don't get us wrong, we love us some hats, but like any other accessory, it needs to be worn right. A hat could make or break your outfit, and need to be styled according to what you are wearing. Keep in mind a printed hat wouldn't always match with a busy outfit.
